At Lemonade Dolls, we want you to feel empowered and comfortable in your new pieces. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in original packaging.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Dolls

  Place your items back in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are in a clean, resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated collection point.

• 4.
  Get Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
